Kindly remember to bring a separate pair of indoor shoes, as we cannot permit dirty winter shoes inside the studio. Please do not come earlier than your scheduled time as there will be other people doing their photos in the studio.

Pets are allowed but will subject to a Pet fee of $50+HST per pet.
Prior approval is mandatory before bringing your pets into the studio. Should you arrive with pet(s) without prior authorization, a fee of $100+HST per pet may be charged if access is granted, or access may be denied without any refund.

During the winter season, our studio is well-heated, ensuring a comfortably warm environment.

Throughout the holiday season, please note that there will be no rescheduling or cancellations for bookings made from Friday to Sunday.

However, for bookings made from Monday to Thursday, you can reschedule in accordance with our standard policy. For further details, kindly refer to our policy page.
