FAQ

  • Please do not arrive early. Either a studio attendant will be available to open the door for you upon your arrival, or you will receive a lockbox code with a detailed email one day prior to your booking. Please be aware that the lockbox code will only become active at the time of your schedule appointment, early entry is not permitted.

  • We recommend a maximum capacity of 10 people for photo/ video production and 40 people for intimate events. Please contact us if you have more guests.

  • Free onsite parking is available in our parking lot.

    We ask you to limit your cars to a maximum of 5 on weekdays. If you need more parking spots there are free street parkings on Hafis Rd.

    There is no restriction for weekends.

  • Yes, the rental price includes essential equipment needed for most photoshoots. We do not include cameras/lenses, computers, or camera tripods. Please visit our equipment page to view our full list of included equipment.

  • Yes, you can rearrange furniture or props inside the studio, however, the studio must be returned to its original state before your end time.

  • We require all guests to bring their own indoor shoes or use the shoe covers provided. Outdoor shoes will not be permitted in the studio.

  • We do not offer 1-hour bookings. The minimum booking duration starts at 2 hours.

  • Unfortunately, we do not book by half-hour increments. Our minimum booking requirement is two hours, and we only book in one-hour increments after that.

  • Yes, we are located on the ground floor with easy access from the parking lot. (However, our in-studio washroom is not wheelchair accessible)

  • Yes, our space can be blacked out. Please let us know in advance if you wish to black out the space.
